The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.

Fittings – dumping margin of 5.68 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on forged steel fittings from Korea for the period Dec. 1, 2022, through Nov. 30, 2023

Folders – final affirmative AD injury determination on paper file folders from Sri Lanka

Hexamine – final affirmative AD determinations on hexamethylenetetramine from Germany, India, and Saudi Arabia and final affirmative CVD determination on such goods from India

Hot-rolled steel – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CVD orders on hot-rolled steel products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Monomers – preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination in CVD investigation of monomers and oligomers from Taiwan and intent to instruct CBP to require CVD cash deposits for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after May 27
