Fencing – corrected notice of preliminary affirmative dumping determination on temporary steel fencing from China to clarify that critical circumstances do not exist for separate rate companies
Hot-rolled steel – dumping margin of 5.67 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on hot-rolled steel flat products from the Netherlands for the period Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 30, 2024
Quartz products – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on quartz surface products from Türkiye would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 5.17 percent
Solar cells – preliminary affirmative AD/CVD injury determinations on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, form India, Indonesia, and Laos
Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD/CVD orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders
- kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China (AD/CVD
- steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico (AD) and Türkiye (CVD)
