Steel pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 85.55 percent
Steel plate – (1) dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea for the period Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2023, and (2) net subsidy rates of 2.01 and 2.21 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty orders on such goods for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
Tires – dumping margin of 28.76 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023
Woven sacks – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on laminated woven sacks from Vietnam would be likely to lead to dumping at margins up to 292.61 percent and countervailable subsidies at rates of 3.02 and 198.87 percent
Xanthan gum – determination of reasonable suspicion of evasion of AD duty order on xanthan gum from China by virtue of undervaluation and imposition of interim measures
