Pea protein – preliminary affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on pea protein from China
Pressure washers – final affirmative dumping determination on gas-powered pressure washers from Vietnam, with dumping margin of 225.65 percent, and final affirmative determination of critical circumstances (meaning cash deposits will be required for all entries of subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after March 17, 2023)
Shrimp – preliminary determination that Highland Agro Food Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Highland Agro for purposes of the AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India
Steel plate – preliminary determination that the post-corporate reorganization Dongkuk Steel Mill Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to the pre-reorganization Dongkuk Steel for purposes of the AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products from Korea
Uncoated paper – dumping margin of 8.63 percent for one exporter/producer in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on uncoated paper from Brazil for the period March 1, 2018, through Feb. 28, 2019
