Pasta – final determination that Gruppo Milo SpA is the successor-in-interest to Gruppo Alimentare Mediterraneo Milo Srl and should be assigned the same AD cash deposit rate with respect to the AD duty order on pasta from Italy
Propane cylinders – dumping margin of 3.18 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel propane cylinders from Thailand for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023
Silicon metal – dumping margin of zero for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on silicon metal from Malaysia for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023
Steel sheet – net subsidy rates of 0.05 to 15.57 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
Wind towers – (1) dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on utility-scale wind towers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023, and (2) net subsidy rate of 2.24 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such goods from Malaysia for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
