The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

DOTP – final determination that Aekyung Chemical Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Aekyung Petrochemical Co. Ltd. for purposes of the AD duty order on dioctyl terephthalate from Korea and should therefore be accorded the same AD cash deposit rate

Honey – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on honey from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Lockers – intent to revoke AD/CV duty orders on metal lockers and parts thereof from China with respect to certain gun safes

Solar cells – intent to revoke AD/CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China with respect to certain off-grid portable CSPV panels

Solar products – net subsidy rate of 13.21 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021
