Corrosion-resistant steel – institution of AD injury investigations of corrosion-resistant steel products from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam and CV injury investigations of such goods from Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and Vietnam
PTFE resin – net subsidy rates of 4.89 percent (for 2021) and 4.70 percent (for 2022) in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on granular polytetrafluoroethylene from India for the period July 6, 2021, through Dec. 31, 2022
Ribbon – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on plastic decorative ribbon from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Steel cylinders – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on non-refillable steel cylinders from China for the period Jan 1 through Dec. 31, 2023, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Steel pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 29.83 to 620.08 percent
