Brass rod – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on brass rod from Israel
Ferrosilicon – (1) preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Malaysia, (2) new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 4.44 to 61.73 percent for Brazil, 2.37 to 14.74 percent for Kazakhstan, and 2.81 to 3.48 percent for Malaysia, and (3) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determinations in part for Brazil and Malaysia
Mattresses – issuance of AD duty orders on mattresses from India, Kosovo, Mexico, and Spain, effective Sept. 10
Pipe and tube – preliminary determination that Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is the successor-in-interest to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. in the context of the AD and CV duty orders on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products, welded line pipe, oil country tubular goods, and large-diameter welded pipe from Türkiye
Steel bar – dumping margins of 0.4 and 0.7 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty orders on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2023
