Brass rod – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on brass rod from Israel

Ferrosilicon – final affirmative dumping determination on ferrosilicon from Russia, with cash deposit rate of 283.27 percent, and final affirmative critical circumstances determination

Glycine – CBP determination of substantial evidence that an importer evaded the AD and CV duty orders on glycine from China by transshipping it through India

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD and CV duty orders for the periods Aug. 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain (AD; June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024)

- dioctyl terephthalate from Korea (AD)

- finished carbon steel flanges from India (AD/CV)
- frozen fish fillets from Vietnam (AD)

- hydrofluorocarbon blends from China (AD)

- large power transformers from Korea (AD)

- light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico (AD)

- low-melt polyester staple fiber from Korea (AD)

- metal lockers and parts thereof from China (AD/CV)

- passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China (AD/CV) and Thailand (AD; July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024)

- polyethylene retail carrier bags from China and Malaysia (AD)

- raw honey from Vietnam (AD; June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024)

- ripe olives from Spain (AD/CV)

- seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam (AD)

- silicon metal from Malaysia (AD)

- stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Korea (CV)

- steel nails from China (AD) and Korea (AD; July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024)

- steel propane cylinders from Thailand (AD)

- utility-scale wind towers from Canada (AD/CV), Indonesia (AD), Korea (AD), Malaysia (CV), and Spain (AD)

Sodium hexametaphosphate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on sodium hexametaphosphate from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
