Artists’ canvas – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on artists’ canvas from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Nails – final negative CV injury determinations on steel nails from India, Oman, and Turkey and final finding of negligible imports of steel nails from Sri Lanka (as a result, no CV duty orders will be issued on subject goods)
Pipe fittings – initiation of inquiry to determine whether Chinese-origin rough fittings that underwent (1) only the final stage of three production stages, or (2) both the second and third stages of production, in Vietnam are within the scope of the AD duty order on butt-weld pipe fittings from China
Scope rulings – filing of requests for scope inquiries with respect to the AD/CV duty orders on vertical shaft engines and parts thereof from China and the AD duty order on hand trucks and parts thereof from China
Silica fabric – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on amorphous silica fabric from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
