Aluminum sheet – dumping margin of 3.54 percent for one producer/exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from South Africa for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023
Lumber – (1) final determination that TRAPA Forest Products Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Trans-Pacific Trading Ltd. for purposes of the AD duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada and (2) dumping margins of 5.04 and 7.66 percent in amended final results of administrative review of this order for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
Solar cells – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Steel pipe – dumping margin of 0.61 percent for one producer/exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman for the period Dec. 1, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022
Wine bottles – final negative CV injury determination on glass wine bottles from China
