Aluminum sheet – dumping margin of 51.5 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from China for the period Feb. 1, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2021
Flanges – (1) dumping margins of 0.69 to 0.94 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021, and (2) net subsidy rates of 3.61 to 4.21 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such flanges for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
Pipes and tubes – amended scope ruling finding that dual-stenciled standard pipe and line pipe are outside the scope of the AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand
Steel bar – dumping margins of zero and 3.76 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2021
Tires – (1) dumping margins of 0.59 to 9.08 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China for the period Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021, and (2) net subsidy rate of 29.28 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such tires for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
