The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum sheet – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on common alloy aluminum sheet from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Ferrosilicon – preliminary determination that critical circumstances exist in AD and CV duty investigations of ferrosilicon from Russia

Steel plate – dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from France for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023

Threaded rod – final determination that imports of unthreaded pins of alloy steel from China are circumventing the AD duty order on alloy and carbon steel threaded rod from China and the CV duty order on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from China

Wood moldings – net subsidy rates of 13.11 to 21.21 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on wood moldings and millwork products from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
