Aluminum foil – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on aluminum foil from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Citric acid – preliminary sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on citric acid and citrate salts from Belgium would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 19.3 percent

Freight rail couplers – final affirmative dumping determination on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Mexico, with dumping margin of 48.1 percent, and final negative determination of critical circumstances

Honey – initiation of administrative review of AD duty order on raw honey from Vietnam with respect to certain companies

Transformers – final determination that HD Hyundai Electric Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Hyundai Electric & Energy Systems Co. Ltd. in the context of the AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea and therefore entitled to its AD cash deposit rate
