- five-year records retention requirement for export transactions and boycott actions (extension)
Department of Agriculture
- new information collection that would consolidate all VR-related forms to cover all livestock animal movement, import, and export permit activity
U.S. Customs and Border Protection
- forms 3461, entry/immediate delivery, and 3461 ALT (revisions regarding global business identifiers, Russian sanctions, and entry type 13 test for informal mail entries)
- form 7501, entry summary (revision to reflect entry type 13 test)
- IEEPA tariff refunds (extension)
