Footwear – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1289 of knitted footwear based on a settlement between complainant Nike Inc. and respondents located in Germany and the U.S.

Smart thermostats – new IPR infringement complaint filed on smart thermostat hubs, systems containing the same, and components of the same (complainants EDST LLC and Quext IoT LLC; proposed respondents located in Taiwan and the U.S.)

Wearable electronics – final initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1266 of wearable electronic devices with ECG functionality and components thereof
