Chocolate milk powder – summary determination of violation of general exclusion order issued in investigation 337-TA-1232 of chocolate milk powder and packaging thereof

Crafting machines – new IPR infringement complaint filed on crafting machines and components thereof (complainant Cricut Inc.; proposed respondents located in China)

Memory devices – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1412 of NAND memory devices and electronic devices containing same, and investigation 337-TA-1406 of memory devices and electronic devices containing the same, based on settlements

Thyroid agonists – initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1352 of selective thyroid hormone receptor-beta agonists, processes for manufacturing or relating to same, and products containing same
