Botulinum toxin – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1313 of botulinum toxin products and processes for manufacturing or relating to same following a finding of no Section 337 violation

Eyewear – new IPR infringement complaint filed on electronic eyewear products, components thereof, and related charging apparatuses (complainant INGENIOSPEC LLC; proposed respondents located in China, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Poland, Ireland, Germany, and the U.S.)

Fiber optic connectors – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1399 of fiber optic connectors, adapters, jump cables, patch cords, products containing the same, and components thereof

Non-woven materials – new IPR infringement complaint filed on flash-spun non-woven materials and products containing same (complainants DuPont de Nemours Inc., DuPont Safety & Construction Inc., and DuPont Specialty Products USA LLC; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)
