Batteries – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1421 of rechargeable batteries and components thereof (complainants LithiumHub LLC, Lithiumhub Technologies, and Martin Koebler; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Solar cells – IPR infringement complaint filed on TOPcon solar cells, modules, panels, components thereof, and products containing same (complainants Trina Solar (U.S.) Inc., Trina Solar US Manufacturing Module 1 LLC, and Trina Solar Co. Ltd.; proposed respondents located in Canada, China, and the U.S.)
