Armature devices – in investigation 337-TA-1186 of balanced armature devices, products containing same, and components thereof, issuance of general exclusion order and cease and desist orders directed to certain respondents, with provisions that (1) the GEO reaches downstream products incorporating the covered products and (2) any importer seeking to import the covered products (or products containing them or the components thereof) manufactured by or for the affected respondents or their affiliates or successors must obtain an ITC ruling prior to importation finding that the goods are not subject to the GEO

Barcode scanners – new IPR infringement complaint filed on barcode scanners, mobile computers with barcode scanning capabilities, scan engines, and components thereof (complainants Honeywell International Inc., Hand Held Products Inc., and Metrologic Instruments Inc.; proposed respondents located in the U.S.)

Body contouring devices – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1219 of non-invasive aesthetic body contouring devices, components thereof, and methods of using the same

Vaping cartridges – new IPR infringement complaint filed on oil-vaping cartridges, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainant Shenzhen Smoore Technology Limited; proposed respondents located in China, Hong Kong, Canada, and the U.S.)
