- ATF Form 6, application and permit for importation of firearms, ammunition, and defense articles (comments due by Dec. 19)

- form ATF F 5320.20, application to transport interstate or temporarily export certain National Firearms Act firearms (comments due by Nov. 28)

Bureau of Industry and Security

- license exemptions and exclusions (comments due by Nov. 25)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

- CBP form 3171, application-permit-special license unlading-lading-overtime services (comments due by Nov. 25)

- country of origin marking requirements for containers or holders (comments due by Nov. 25)

- recordkeeping requirements (comments due by Nov. 25)

- CBP form 6043, delivery ticket (comments due by Nov. 25)

- holders or containers that enter the U.S. duty-free (comments due by Nov. 25)

- application to establish a centralized examination station (comments due by Nov. 28)
- exportation of used self-propelled vehicles (comments due by Nov. 28)

- CBP forms 339A, 339C, and 339V, user fees (comments due by Nov. 28)
