- partially authorized production under zone procedures (regarding cocoa or cocoa equivalent and sugar blends, with the exception of foreign-status refined white sugar) at the Nexsus Cocoa Services LLC facility within FTZ 142 in southern New Jersey

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding refurbished water vessels and hulls) at the Derecktor Fort Pierce LLC facility within FTZ 218 in Fort Pierce, Fla.

- received an application to expand subzone 144C at the Orgill Inc. facility in Tifton, Ga.
