Background

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently announced the following actions.

- approved an increase to the activation limit of FTZ 75 in Phoenix, Ariz., under the alternative site framework

- approved an increase to the activation limit of FTZ 84 in Houston, Texas, under the alternative site framework

- corrected a notice of application for production authority (regarding renewable fuels and byproducts) at the Phillips 66 Company facility within FTZ 3 in Rodeo, Calif.
