- received an application to expand subzone 59B in Grand Island, Neb. (comments Nov. 14)

- received an application for subzone status for the voestalpine High Performance Metals LLC facility within FTZ 207 in South Boston, Va. (comments due by Nov. 14)

- authorized the expansion of subzone 61Z in Cataño, Puerto Rico
