U.S. Customs and Border Protection has announced that it is automating the submission method for organization customs broker license applications.
As of Sept. 30, organization license applicants will complete and submit all applications and associated fees through the eCBP portal. Applicants will log into eCBP using the same login.gov account used when they applied for the broker license exam.
Organization license applications that are hand-delivered, mailed, or emailed on or after Sept. 30 will be returned to the applicant for electronic submission.
