The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.

Paper – dumping margin of 2.7 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on uncoated paper from Portugal for the period March 1, 2024, through Feb. 28, 2025

Paprika – final affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on oleoresin paprika from India

Shrimp – dumping margins of zero and 1.76 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand for the period Feb. 1, 2024, through Jan. 31, 2025

Steel pipe – dumping margins of 3.15 to 5.11 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from the United Arab Emirates for the period Dec. 1, 2023, through Nov. 30, 2024

Welded pipe – net subsidy rate of 3.34 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on large-diameter welded pipe from Türkiye for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024
