The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.

Abrasive grains – issuance of AD/CVD orders on sol gel alumina-based ceramic abrasive grains from China, effective Sept. 29, with dumping margin of 88.32 percent and net subsidy rate of 165.05 percent

Corrosion-resistant steel – final affirmative AD injury determinations on corrosion-resistant steel products from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands, South Africa, Taiwan, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam and final affirmative CVD injury determinations on such goods from Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and Vietnam

Dissolving pulp – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on high-purity dissolving pulp from Brazil and Norway and preliminary affirmative CVD injury determination on such goods from Brazil

File folders – issuance of AD order on paper file folders from Sri Lanka, effective Sept. 29, with dumping margins of 57.43 and 91.28 percent

Slag pots – final affirmative AD/CVD injury determinations on slag pots from China
