New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Sept. 1, 2023, through Aug. 31, 2024 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea (AD/CV)

- forged steel fittings from Taiwan (AD)

- fresh tomatoes from Mexico (AD)

- heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea and Mexico (AD)

- lined paper products from India (AD/CV)

- magnesia carbon bricks from China (AD)

- methionine from Spain (AD)

- narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- oil country tubular goods from India (CV), Korea (AD), Türkiye (AD/CV), and Vietnam (AD)

- seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Ukraine (AD; Aug. 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024)

- steel racks from China (AD/CV)

Pipe – preliminary determination that Hyundai Steel Pipe Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Hyundai Steel Company in the context of the AD duty orders on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe, oil country tubular goods, welded line pipe, and large-diameter welded pipe from Korea and is therefore entitled to its AD cash deposit rates with respect to goods subject to those orders

Steel cylinders – dumping margin of 150.37 percent for one exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on non-refillable steel cylinders from China for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023

Tires – dumping margins of 2.62 to 2.76 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India for the period March 1, 2022, through Feb. 28, 2023

Washers – continuation of AD duty order on large residential washers from Mexico, effective Oct. 9
