The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Pipe fittings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 75.5 percent
Solar cells – (1) preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, (2) new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 8.25 and 68.45 percent for Cambodia, 3.47 to 123.94 percent for Malaysia, 23.06 to 34.52 percent for Thailand, and 2.85 to 292.61 percent for Vietnam, and (3) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determinations for Thailand and Vietnam
Steel flanges – dumping margins of 1.7 to 74.3 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty orders on stainless steel flanges from India for the period March 28, 2018, through Sept. 30, 2019
Wind towers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on utility-scale wind towers from China and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Wood flooring – dumping margin of 31.63 percent for one exporter in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017
