The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Mobile access equipment – preliminary affirmative AD duty determination on certain mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China and new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 7.07, 47.42, and 274.86 percent
New sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders, which will result in either the continuation or revocation of these orders
- chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain (AD)
- welded stainless pressure pipe from India (AD/CV)
Shrimp – dumping margins of 6.13 and 27.66 percent in amended results of administrative review of AD duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018, due to court decision
Tissue paper – scheduling of expedited sunset review of AD duty order on tissue paper from China, with written submissions due by Oct. 7
Tomatoes – determination that certain respondents selected for individual examination are in compliance with the agreement suspending the AD duty investigation on fresh tomatoes from Mexico for the period Sept. 19, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020
