The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Methionine – dumping margin of 0.71 percent for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on methionine from Spain for the period Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023

PTFE resin – dumping margin of 2.4 percent for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India for the period Sept. 2, 2021, through Feb. 28, 2023

Ribbons – (1) dumping margin of 137.2 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from Taiwan for the period Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 57 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods from those companies at the applicable cash deposit rates

Sodium hexametaphosphate – continuation of AD duty order on sodium hexametaphosphate from China, effective Oct. 2

Tubular goods – (1) dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on oil country tubular goods from India for the period Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023, and (2) net subsidy rate of 2.31 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on OCTG from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
