Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Honey – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on honey from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Magnesium – continuation of AD duty order on pure magnesium in granular form from China, effective Sept. 15

Pressure washers – final affirmative AD injury determination on gas-powered pressure washers from Vietnam and negative critical circumstances determination, meaning these imports will not be subject to retroactive AD duties

Silicon metal – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on silicon metal from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 139.49 percent
