Fertilizer – remand proceedings on final affirmative CV injury determinations on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco and Russia

Pressure washers – issuance of AD duty order on gas-powered pressure washers from Vietnam, effective Oct. 25, with dumping margin of 225.86 percent

Printing plates – initiation of AD duty investigation of aluminum lithographic printing plates from China and Japan and CV duty investigation of such goods from China

Rail couplers – final affirmative AD injury determination on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Mexico

Review rescissions – rescission of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders and instruction to CBP to assess AD/CV duties on entries of covered goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

- aluminum extrusions from China (AD)

- carbon and alloys teel threaded rod from India (CV)

- cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from Italy (AD)

- common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Italy, and Oman (AD)

- difluoromethane from China (AD)

- drawn stainless steel sinks from China (AD)

- mattresses from Cambodia (AD)

- quartz surface products from India (CV) and Turkey (AD/CV)

- silicon metal from Iceland (AD)

- small-diameter graphite electrodes from China (AD)

- stainless steel sheet and strip from China (AD/CV)

- vertical shaft engines and parts thereof from China (AD/CV)
