Corrosion inhibitors – dumping margins of 8.27 to 11.58 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on corrosion inhibitors from China during the period March 1, 2022, through Feb. 28, 2023
Engines – amended scope ruling finding that certain engines are excluded from the AD and CV duty orders on vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc and parts thereof from China
Ribbons – net subsidy rate of 165.52 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty orders on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
Solar cells – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from Malaysia and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 3.47 to 123.94 percent
Wind towers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on utility-scale wind towers from China and Vietnam, and CV duty order on such goods from China, would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
