The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Brass rod – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on brass rod from Israel, effective Sept. 27

Ceramic tile – (1) preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on ceramic tile from India, (2) new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 3.05 to 3.15 percent, and (3) preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination

Melamine – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on melamine from Germany, India, Japan, the Netherlands, and Trinidad & Tobago, (2) preliminary negative dumping determination on melamine from Qatar, (3) new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 179.24 and 218.73 percent for Germany, 511.23 and 630.69 percent for India, 115.11 and 127.69 percent for Japan, 53.50 and 72.16 percent for the Netherlands, and 98.32 and 146.85 percent for Trinidad & Tobago, and (4) preliminary affirmative determinations of critical circumstances in part with respect to India, Japan, and Trinidad & Tobago

Pasta – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on pasta from Italy and Türkiye, effective Sept. 19

PC strand – final determination that imports of certain high-carbon steel wire produced in Mexico and assembled or completed into pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand in the U.S. are circumventing the AD duty order on PC strand from Mexico
