Aluminum foil – final affirmative AD and/or CV duty determinations on aluminum foil from Armenia, Brazil, Oman, Russia, and Turkey, with dumping rates of 29.11 percent for Armenia, 13.93 and 63.05 percent for Brazil, 3.89 percent for Oman, 62.18 percent for Russia, and 2.28 percent for Turkey and net subsidy rates of 1.93 percent for Oman and 2.6 percent for Turkey
Paper – dumping margin of 2.21 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on uncoated paper from Portugal for the period March 1, 2019, through Feb. 29, 2020
Pipe – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded line pipe from Korea for the period Dec. 1, 2018, through Nov. 30, 2019
Plastic bags – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and/or CV duty orders on polyethylene retail carrier bags from China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Solar cells – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Dec. 1, 2018, through Nov. 30, 2019
