The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum containers – (1) preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from China, (2) new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 78.12 and 312.91 percent, and (3) preliminary affirmative determination of critical circumstances,

Hard capsules – institution of AD and CV injury investigations of hard empty capsules from Brazil, China, India, and Vietnam

Steel bar – dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in final results of new shipper review of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1 through July 31, 2023

Wood moldings – dumping margin of 4.68 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on wood moldings and millwork products from China for the period Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2023

Xanthan gum – (1) determination of evasion of AD duty order on xanthan gum from China via transshipment through Israel and (2) separate determinations of substantial evidence of evasion of this order via transshipment through Indonesia and India
