The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations. For more information on pursuing or mitigating IPR-related import restrictions, please contact ST&R.
Electronic devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1376 of electronic devices, including mobile phones, tablets, laptops, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainant Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson; respondents located in Hong Kong, China, and the U.S.)

Milk powder – institution of enforcement proceeding relating to general exclusion order issued in investigation 337-TA-1232 of chocolate milk powder and packaging thereof

Mobile phones – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1375 of mobile phones, components thereof, and products containing same (complainant Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson; respondents located in Hong Kong, China and the U.S.)

Pillows – in investigation 337-TA-1328, issuance of general exclusion order barring imports of pillows and seat cushions, components thereof, and packaging thereof that infringe certain patent claims, a limited exclusion order barring imports by one respondent of subject goods that infringe other patent claims, and cease and desist orders directed to four respondents
