Garden beds – termination of proceeding to enforce limited exclusion order issued in investigation 337-TA-1334 on raised garden beds and components thereof based on a settlement

LED panels – initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1351 of active matrix organic light-emitting diode display panels and modules for mobile devices and components thereof

Network equipment – new IPR infringement complaint filed on network switching and routing equipment supporting bit-indexed explicit replication (complainant Optimum Communication Services Inc.; proposed respondents located in China)

Shoes – new IPR infringement complaint filed on women’s flats with colored outsoles (complainant Gavrieli Brands LLC; proposed respondents located in the Philippines, China, and the U.S.)
