Computers – new IPR infringement complaint filed on electronic computing devices and components thereof (complainant Lenovo (United States) Inc.; proposed respondents located in Taiwan and the U.S.)

Mobile phones – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1375 of mobile phones, components thereof, and products containing same (complainant Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson; respondents located Hong Kong, China, and the U.S.)

Optical network equipment – new IPR infringement complaint filed on passive optical network equipment (complainant Optimum Communications Services Inc.; proposed respondents located in China)

Tirzepatide – institution of IPR infringement investigation 337-TA-1377 of products containing and purporting to contain tirzepatide (complainant Eli Lilly and Company; respondents located in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Poland, Spain, China, and the U.S.)
