Air conditioners – new IPR infringement complaint filed on marine air conditioning systems, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainants Dometic Corporation and Dometic Sweden AB; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Beverages – issuance of limited exclusion order in investigation 337-TA-1269 barring entry of electrolyte-containing beverages and labeling and packaging thereof that are imported by or on behalf of several defaulting respondents located in Mexico

Electronic devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1340 of electronic devices, semiconductor devices, and components thereof (complainant Bell Semiconductor LLC; respondents located in Taiwan, Germany, the Netherlands, and the U.S.)

Fiber optic equipment – termination of enforcement proceeding in investigation 337-TA-1194 of high-density fiber optic equipment and components thereof based on a settlement agreement
