- received a notification of proposed production activity (for LEGO construction toy sets) at the Prairie Industries Holdings Inc. facility within FTZ 196 in Haslet, Texas (comments due by Dec. 28)

- received a request to expand the service area of FTZ 39 to include Hill County, Texas, and to include an additional usage-driven site (comments due by Jan. 20)

- received a request to expand the service area of FTZ 64 to include a portion of Alachua County, Fla. (comments due by Jan. 20)

- received a notification of proposed production activity (concerning aluminum alloy coil and aluminum tab) at the Tesla Inc. facilities within FTZ 126 in McCarren and Sparks, Nev. (comments due by Jan. 2)
