- approved the reorganization of FTZ 128 to encompass the Lummi Indian Reservation plus all property owned by the Lummi Nation outside the exterior boundaries of that reservation, in and adjacent to the Bellingham U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry

- approved the reorganization of FTZ 281 to include all of Miami-Dade County, Fla.

- received an application for subzone status at the PR Five Vega Alta LLC facility within FTZ 61 in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico
