- received an application to reorganize FTZ 28 to include New Bedford Regional Airport and New Bedford Industrial Park, both in New Bedford, Conn. (comments due by Jan. 13)

- approved the establishment of subzone 167F at the Burger Boat company facility in Manitowoc, Wis.

- approved the establishment of subzone 161E at the Great Plains Manufacturing Inc. facilities in Salina, Kipp, Assaria, Abilene, Enterprise, Ellsworth, Lucas, and Tipton, Kan.
