Background

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently announced the following actions.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells and lithium iron phosphate pouch-type batteries) at the LG Energy Solution Arizona Inc. facility within FTZ 75 in Queen Creek, Ariz.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding lithium-ion battery cells) at the AESC US LLC facility within FTZ 78 in Smyrna, Tenn.

- approved the establishment of subzone 80H at the Senior Operations LLC facility in New Braunfels, Texas

- withdrawal of a notification of proposed production activity (regarding laser machines) at the Boss Laser LLC facility within FTZ 250 in Sanford, Fla.
