Background

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently announced the following actions.

- withdrawal of request for subzone at the Boss Laser LLC facility within FTZ 250 in Sanford, Fla.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding four-wheeled personal transportation vehicles) at the Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp. U.S.A. facility within FTZ 59 in Lincoln, Neb.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding pharmaceutical products for research and development) at the Merck, Sharp & Dohme LLC facility within FTZ 49 in Rahway, N.J.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding steel products) at the Unimacts Company facility within FTZ 265 in Conroe, Texas

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding expansion joints and clamshell bellows) at the Senior Operation LLC facility within FTZ 80 in New Braunfels, Texas
