Mowers – initiation of an inquiry to determine whether lawn mowers assembled or completed in the U.S. by attaching Chinese cutting deck shells (attached to at least one significant non-engine component) to internal combustion engines are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China

Polymers – final affirmative dumping determination on superabsorbent polymers from Korea and AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 17.64 percent

Review rescissions – rescission of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders and instruction to CBP to assess AD/CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

- aluminum extrusions from China (AD; May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022)

- biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia (AD; April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022)

- carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Turkey (AD; May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022)

- circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan (AD; May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022)

- crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan (AD; Feb. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022)

- cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea (AD; Feb. 1, 2021, through Jan. 31, 2022)

- large-diameter welded pipe from Turkey (CV; Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021)

- mattresses from Cambodia, Serbia, and Vietnam (AD; Nov. 3, 2020, through April 30, 2022) and China (CV; Sept. 11, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021

- plastic decorative ribbon from China (AD; March 1, 2021, through Feb. 28, 2022)

- polyester staple fiber from Korea (AD; May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022)

- polyethylene terephthalate resin from Oman (AD; May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022)

- pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Indonesia (AD; Nov. 19, 2020, through May 31, 2022)

- quartz surface products from India (CV; Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021)

- seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Korea (AD, Feb. 20, 2021, through July 31, 2022; and CV, Dec. 11, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021)

- stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan (AD, May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022; and CV (South Africa only), Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021)

- stainless steel sheet and strip from China (AD, April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022; and CV, Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021)

- vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc and parts thereof from China (AD, July 23, 2020, through April 30, 2022; and CV, May 26, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021)

- welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India (AD; May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022)

Scope rulings – applications received in September for rulings on the scope of the AD/CV duty orders on fresh garlic from China and quartz surface products from China and India

Tubular goods – final affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on oil country tubular goods from Argentina, Mexico, Russia, and South Korea and final negative critical circumstances determination with regard to imports from Mexico and Russia
