The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Mattresses – (1) dumping margins of zero and 30.32 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on mattresses from Indonesia for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 30 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods from those companies at the applicable cash deposit rates
Rebar – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Steel pipe – initiation of inquiry to determine whether circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China that is completed in Oman from hot-rolled steel produced in China is circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on CWP from China
Steel wheels – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on steel wheels from China, effective Nov. 6
Vanillin – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on vanillin from China and new CV cash deposit requirement at rate of 27.33 percent
