Glycine – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on glycine from China, India, Japan, and Thailand would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Hexamine – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on hexamine from China, Germany, India, and Saudi Arabia and CV injury determinations on hexamine from China and India
Scope rulings – scope rulings and circumvention determinations made between April 1 and June 30, 2024, on the following AD/CV duty orders
- aluminum foil from China (AD/CV)
- cased pencils from China (AD)
- common alloy aluminum sheet from China (AD/CV) and Germany (AD)
- fresh garlic from China (AD)
- wood moldings and millwork products from China (AD/CV)
Soil pipe – continuation of AD/CV duty orders on cast iron soil pipe from China, effective Oct. 24
Tires – dumping margins of 2.66 and 2.67 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India for the period March 1, 2022, through Feb. 28, 2023
