Gift boxes – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on folding gift boxes from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Pipes and tubes – final determinations that (1) imports of welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes completed in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel produced in India are circumventing the AD duty order on such pipes and tubes from India, (2) imports of light-walled rectangular pipe and tube completed in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel produced in China and Korea are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on such pipe and tube from China and Korea, and (3) imports of light-walled welded rectangular carbon steel tubing from Taiwan completed in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel produced in Taiwan are circumventing the AD duty order on such tubing from Taiwan
Rail couplers – final affirmative AD injury determination on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Mexico
Rebar – dumping margins of 2.27 to 5.49 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022
Steel pipe – final determinations that imports of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe completed in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel produced in China and Korea are circumventing the AD duty order on such pipe from China and Korea
